The modern city leaves its mark on every aspect of life and defines the image of our standard environment. This ever growing and changing super-organism pulses out solid and liquid waste, which we mostly know of, but neither leaving other levels of matter untouched. Light and sound pollution is something we are accustomed to. It is the night glow and the constant mechanic humming of the beloved monstrosity we brought to life, and in which we become cells of its body. Pastel Pollution was generated from measurements of light and sound levels in Budapest and represents its natural place in our everyday worlds.
